Twinkle & Toast Seasonal Intern
Approximately 10 hours/week, working remotely or in the office (NOTE: exact hours not guaranteed)
Twinkle & Toast is based in San Diego and specializes in handwritten and calligraphy details and designs for weddings and events. Signature items include custom signage, seating charts, escort cards, invitations, paper goods and backdrops. This season we are seeking the perfect intern!
Desired background:

Overall love for weddings, event or design

Must live in the San Diego area

Social media and tech savvy

Strong attention to detail, friendly attitude and eager to learn

Must have a car and internet access

Wedding background a plus, but definitely not required
Main tasks and responsibilities:

Basic prep work of boards – staining, painting, etc.

Assembling invitation suites and other printed paper goods
-
Running errands, making deliveries/drop offs to clients as needed

Writing blog articles and publishing content

Open to bring fresh ideas to the table

Willing to attend industry events
-
Able to work on some projects remotely but also available for team crafting projects, meetings and industry events, depending on schedule
In this role as a Twinkle & Toast intern, you’ll be exposed to the San Diego wedding industry with hands-on experience. You’ll learn about the sales process, marketing strategies, industry networking and more. Although you’ll be doing some prep work and assembling you’ll be welcome to bring any creative ideas and we can make them a reality. You’ll have a voice and you’ll get credit wherever deserved!
